Our cooperation partner, Sigma University (India), invites the faculty members, students, and all other interested participants of the College of Law to join the International Human Resource Management Conclave, which will be held virtually on 1 August 2026. The aim of the conclave is to bring together HR leaders, academics, researchers, policymakers, and industry professionals to explore emerging trends shaping the future of work, with a particular focus on people-centric leadership, workforce well-being, global collaboration, and sustainable organizational development.

As part of the conclave, Panel 2 – “Employee Well-being, Inclusion, and Social Impact in Modern Organizations” will feature a presentation by Jānis Klieders, Director of the Human Resource Management Study Programme at the College of Law. His presentation is entitled “The New Work Agenda: Building People-Centric and Globally Connected Organizations.”
