July 24, 2023

I  participate in Erasmus + programme  during period 07 – 10 June 2022 at Burgas Free University, Burgas Bulgaria. At that time I represeted College of Law, study programmes and benifits to visit Latvia, it was discusion about cyber security issues and distance lerning chalanges nowerdays. Usefull was trainings in the moot court room, it was possible to see examples of real old legal documents and case materials. Mr. Karol Juszka from Krakow Pegagocial University had made presentation about Criminal Law evidence theory.  Mrs. Marta Laveda Box present Her University of Almenia   and Erasmus programmes coordinating in Spain.

Professors and trainees speak English in their free time, out of the university or after worktime, among friends. Also it is very good possibilities take some knowledge in bulgarian language, spanish, polish, slovakian and german languages. Professor Slavka Demthrova from University of Ciril and Methodius  from Slovakia, explain cultural and geographical aspects and benefits in realisation of Erasmus programmes.

I have 8 hours lectures about European administrative Law, public contracts and remedy. I try to explain design thinking methods for legal studies, using Aristotle theories about for elements: Earth, Water, Air and Fire. Present differing judicial attitudes as to the fundamental tenets of the co-operation between the different levels of administration, and indeed, more general understandings of European Union administration  in the  national jurisdictions. Participants and professors have some  questions and comments. That was unusual understanding of law throw imagination and design. Also I try to describe the principle of effectiveness, in cases if the Court recalls that EU law does not have the effect of requiring Member States to establish remedies other than those established by national law, unless no legal remedy exists that would make it possible to ensure respect for the rights that individuals derive from EU law.

Excursion to Nessebar was very empresive, a lot of historical backgrouds of fortress and Christianity. There was  many wonderful treasures in this museum that will helps to have a more complex understanding of Bulgaria culture and history. Useful knowledge was taken from excursion to Burgas city maritime port, customs, and of course sightseeing from pirs of Black sea.
